Gorgeous Day

Today is May 15th and it's a gorgeous day outside, what better way to celebrate the beautiful day then to make a couple of cards.

I decided to play around with gold embossing my flowers and clear embossed my leaves after stamping them with a colorbox green pigment ink. I wanted to incorporate the gorgeous day sentiment and some ribbon, keeping the color theme of the cards gold and pink. I'm loving pink right now for my cards as you might have noticed. The stamp set I used was from Simply Cards and Papercraft Issue # 179. Just for a touch of bling, I added Nuvo Crystal drops in Pale gold.
